The ELM-R80 series intelligent radar level gauge is a radar sensor equipped with a high isolation dual droplet antenna. The sensor emits a continuous radar signal through a lens antenna. The frequency of the signal will change like a sawtooth. The transmitted signal is transmitted by the medium and received by the antenna as an echo. The frequency of the received echo signal always deviates from the current transmission frequency. The frequency difference is converted into data proportional to the level of the substance in the container after being calculated specifically by the sensor chip.

The ELM-R80 series intelligent radar level gauge is a radar sensor that operates in the W-band and is used to continuously measure level under various process conditions. It is ideal for measuring material levels in high silos, large storage rooms, and segmented containers. Due to excellent signal bundling, it can ensure simple debugging and reliable measurement。

Faced with harsh process conditions, conventional RF admittance level gauges/tuning fork level gauges/vibrating rod level gauges cannot guarantee normal operation due to their contact working principle. Equipped with a relay radar sensor, it can output continuous level signals while achieving relay output.
